So there is no better way to celebrate a birthday than to commit a special act of goodness, not because someone suggest it but simply because our mind want to express its thanks for being born and alive.
To some people birthday celebration is about gathering with friends and family and studying something meaningful together. For me, it's all about making magical memories!

One of my pals in Germany has 4 children ... and their birthday treat is they get to choose what ever they like for Breakfast ....... really interesting way to celebrate!

I would stick my nose to my computer and spend the day on social media waiting for my cyber friends to wish me a happy one. And count! Isn't that what people do nowadays???
